Honey
is a golden,sweet substance produced by bees from the nectar of flowers.It can
help to protect but maintain good health.For centuries,tradisional
medicine men is used honey to both prevent and treat disease.Today,doctors but
recognize honey’s impressive healing powers however they are unclear as to how
it works.This is because the syrup is quite a complex mixture in enzymes, plant
pigments,organic acids,esters,antibiotic agents,vitamins at trace minerals. It
is a valuable add to one’s diet. Being a good source of energy,honey is
nouriseed and helps prevent dehydration when exercising heavily. Honey
flavoured tea is also a wonderful drink to reduce stressed and relax mind. Tea
taken just fore bedtime will also ensure a good night’s sleep. Honey are also
an excellent remedy for sore throat by sipping steaming hot tea with a teaspoon
or two of honey.
